HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

We are seeking an energetic and collaborative Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our product portfolio through innovative product discovery techniques, agile methodologies, and effective ROI management. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert (SME) on products, capable of coaching and developing product owners to achieve their full potential.

 VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach and Develop Product Owners: Mentor and guide product owners, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

• Agile Methodologies: Implement and advocate for agile practices to enhance team efficiency and product delivery.

• 0 to 1 and 1 to N: Lead the development of new products from concept to launch (0 to 1) and scale existing products to new heights (1 to N).

• Modern Product Discovery Techniques: Utilise cutting-edge product discovery methods to identify and validate new product opportunities.

• ROI Management: Oversee the financial performance of products, ensuring a strong return on investment and alignment with business objectives.

• SME on Products: Act as the go-to expert on product-related matters, providing insights and guidance to cross-functional teams.

• Energetic and Collaborative: Bring a positive, energetic attitude to the team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?

• Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launches and scaling.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern product discovery techniques.

• Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members.

• Demonstrated expertise in ROI management and financial analysis.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience in AML/KYB/KYC a plus
