HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

As the QA Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for quality control throughout the development of software by planning, organizing, and building testing practices. You will be responsible for managing the entire team of QA analysts and quality of each iterative product delivery.

VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish and maintain quality assurance standard operating procedures.

• Manage, and assist manual/automated test analysts, safeguarding against production defects.

• Establish metrics and reporting dashboards for all stakeholders.

• Take part in the decomposition of business requirements, into Use Cases and Acceptance Criteria.

• Organize and manage manual/automated test suites in Azure DevOps.

• Participate in release testing as and when needed.

• Participate in SCRUM events across all teams.

• Mentor team members on best practice software testing.

• Keep up to date with the latest in technology, standards and testing.

• Lead process improvement initiatives.

• Collaboration with team members and others within the organization.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?

• ISTQB qualified

• 8+ Years software Quality Assurance experience

• 4+ Years QA leadership experience

• Test Plan, Suite and Case Management, Defect Tracking and Quality Reporting

• Agile Software Testing

• CI/CD

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Work effectively and efficiently across multiple teams

• Capacity to learn new technologies and concepts

• Manage multiple activities in parallel

• Clear and effective communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• Problem solver and project manager.

• Adept at Agile Testing practices

• In-depth knowledge of ISTQB software testing principles, methodologies, automated testing

• Thorough experience of C# and Selenium

• Ability to expedite root cause analysis for critical defects
