Brand and Communications Manager

HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

As Brand & Communications Manager you will be responsible for our brand engagement and exposure across new business sales teams including professional services, enterprise and partnerships. The role will also be responsible for brand engagement and exposure within our existing client base to support our customer success and existing network and partnerships teams. Both areas will include targeting a wide range of new and existing regulated sectors.

In the role you will be responsible for building our brand and the image of our organisation and its products and services. With that you will manage all external and internal collateral and content to communicate our vision and value proposition in a compelling, coherent and consistent fashion to achieve business targets.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager you will create and be responsible for the execution of our brand strategy to enable business growth, in line with our company vision.

VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and execute our brand strategy across multiple channels and activities.

  • Manage all PR & Communications, including the management of agencies.

  • Create and deliver a high-quality content and thought-leadership strategy.

  • Raise the profile and engagement of our executive team as well as senior leaders within the business.

  • Develop creative and professional internal and external collateral, ensuring consistency across the business and in line with brand guidelines.

  • Build and grow our brand presence across all marketing channels such as the website and social media.

  • Create, execute and measure brand campaigns, as well as monitoring overall brand marketing budget, reporting back on key success metrics and ROI.

  • Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager and wider marketing team to ensure that our website is optimised for brand engagement.

  • Manage, grow and develop a team, providing a pathway for career progression

  • Analyse our competitor brands, consumer trends and behaviours to best position our brand and project our value proposition.

  • Design and co-ordinate all content for print and digital media such as press releases, artwork, and whitepapers.

  • Work alongside our Product team and Digital Marketing Manager to create and execute our Go to Marketing strategies for new and existing solutions, in line with our product roadmap.

  • Create and develop our print advertising campaigns to ensure brand growth and engagement

  • Take ownership for identifying and executing on new ideas for our brand strategy that will drive the marketing team and business forward.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and fellow managers to create a joined-up approach to all brand marketing activity.

 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?

  • A creative and professional eye, able to design and produce promotional materials such as website content, case studies and brochures.

  • Demonstrable experience of building a brand across a wide range of audiences.

  • Proven track record of creating and executing brand campaigns with demonstrable results. Setting regular objectives, goals and targets, and achieving them.

  • Self-driven prioritisation of multiple tasks with high importance and value.

  • An ability to provide candid feedback to colleagues and agencies at all levels to achieve business and team goals.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in writing and delivering marketing content.

  • Confident and clear written and verbal communication, history of delivering presentations internally and externally with a proven track record of maintaining and building third party relationships where needed.

  • A high-level of attention to detail across all aspects of marketing.

  • Experience in working to KPIs and producing reports on key marketing performance metrics.

  • An advanced level of marketing knowledge combined with an external marketing qualification and or degree (desirable)
