HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

The role of an Enterprise Account Director within the Customer Success team is crucial for ensuring the growth, satisfaction, and retention of high-value enterprise clients. This position involves a wide range of strategic and operational responsibilities aimed at building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.

Success in this role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on management to drive customer success and achieve business objectives. The Enterprise Account Director must make bold decisions on behalf of both the client and the organisation, collaborate across departments, and maintain a relentless focus on execution.

VARIED DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Account Management:

·       Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring each client receives exceptional service and support. Develop and implement comprehensive account plans that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

·       Employ strategies to ensure customer retention, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.

 

Client Relationship Development:

·       Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining frequent and proactive communication. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and objectives.

·       Engage with senior executives and decision-makers to align on strategic goals and ensure mutual success.

 

Performance and Success Metrics:

·       Regularly update Client Health Scores to gauge satisfaction, identify growth areas, and find improvement opportunities. Lead effective QBRs and other strategic meetings both virtually and face-to-face.

·       Gather and analyse customer feedback to guide continuous improvement in products and services.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including (but not restricted to) sales, marketing, product development, and Enterprise support, to address customer needs and drive success.

 

Strategic Initiatives:

·       Identify and implement innovative strategies to enhance customer success processes and outcomes. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to anticipate client needs.

·       Develop initiatives to maximise the value clients receive; driving product adoption and usage.

 

Reporting and Analysis:

·       Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, and other key metrics to senior management.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE?

·       Demonstrable experience as an Enterprise level Account Director with proven success of growing a portfolio.

·       You are strong at building and maintaining relationships with a variety of key stakeholders, especially C-Suite level.

·       You are data driven in your approach and understand the importance of tailoring an account management strategy for an Enterprise client.

·       We are looking for someone who values teamwork and collaboration across departments as much as the rest of us.

·       Attention to detail, in particular an excellent standard of written communication is vital to always maintain a precise and professional service.

·       You demonstrate the depth of your client relationships and how you foster loyalty, trust and value.
